The fees for the final cleaning depend on the apartment category:
- Apartment "Basic": € 50-65.-
- Apartment "Standard": € 85.-
- Apartment "Deluxe": € 85.-
- Apartment "Superior": € 95.-
The healthy & substantial breakfast is € 15.- a day. For children up to the age of 12 years the breakfast is € 10.-.
The cost of a small intermediate cleaning including trash disposal, vacuuming, mopping + bath & WC depends on the apartment category:
- Basic: € 25.-
- Standard: € 35.-
- Deluxe: € 40.-
- Superior: € 50.-
In summer, a daily small basic cleaning including trash disposal is included.
One change of sheets a week is included in stays that last longer than 7 days.
Dogs and pets are welcome. However, we charge a fee of € 15.- per pet and night as well as a one-time cleaning fee of € 30.-.
The lake is only a few metres away. The valley station of the Schmittenhöhe (CityXpress) is a 3-minute walk away. The valley station of the glacier jet can be reached by bus in just short of 15 minutes.
The bus is only a 2 minutes’ walk from the hotel (Postplatz stop). The Zell am See railway station is also only a 5 minutes’ walk.
It is a 5 minutes’ walk to the Zell am See lido.
It takes 5 minutes to arrive at the Seespitz lido by bus. Or you can take a leisurely walk of barely 20 minutes along the esplanade.
You are welcome to store your winter gear in our ski cellar.
You are welcome to park in the hotel’s car park for a fee of € 12.- per day.
Alternatively, you have the possibility of parking your car in the “Rathausgarage” car park (50m from the hotel) at a discounted price of € 12.- a day. The discount ticket can be obtained at check-in.
